Albury Wodonga Comedy Festival – Let the Legend Begin!

They came by train, car and plane. Australia’s best comedians converged on the twin cities of Albury Wodonga for the inaugural, and eagerly anticipated, Albury Wodonga Comedy Festival.

It began with a sellout Gala on Thursday, October 17 with a line-up that included Lawrence Mooney, Glenn Robbins, Dave O’Neil, Mandy Nolan and Jeff Green.

Over three nights and 15 shows, comedy starved border residents had a smorgasbord of acts to choose from including Brad Oakes, Chris Franklin, Troy Kinne, Tom Siegert and Des Dowling.

The local councils and media were all incredibly supportive meaning next year’s second Border Mail Albury Wodonga Comedy Festival will be even bigger and better.
